I've build libodbc with threads and uploaded. I'm not quite sure why
this was not being built with threads enabled and I can find no mention
of why it wasn't.. Please don't close as fix released until we can get
some valid testing in. Thanks for the bug report!

In Gutsy, this bug has been resolved. While I haven't compiled a
program against libodbc++, pkg-config --libs libodbc++ returns
-lodbc++-mt and the appropriate files exist in /usr/lib.
